《職業(yè)殺手》是一部劇情片，故事發(fā)生在黑夜降臨的時(shí)候。五名職業(yè)殺手接到了追殺令，開始執(zhí)行任務(wù)。與此同時(shí)，警局雇傭了來(lái)自香港的殺手李圣，他的唯一任務(wù)就是追蹤并消滅這五名殺手。在這個(gè)夜晚，已經(jīng)完成任務(wù)的四名殺手先后被李圣跟蹤并襲擊身亡。唯一幸存的第五名目標(biāo)馬修成功逃脫了李圣的攻擊，但他受了傷，前往東角躲避追殺。與此同時(shí)，警官卡拉漢開始懷疑李圣可能會(huì)背叛他們，因此他打算采取行動(dòng)來(lái)保護(hù)自己。整個(gè)故事圍繞著這些角色之間的追逐和對(duì)抗展開。
